Fix create a new discord group popup UI for group name input

Issue Description

• The disclaimer text 'Role name should not contain group name' is showing like an error but it's an information text, update its UI to show the information when the user makes the error of adding group text inside the group name input.
• Remove the 'X' cross icon in the group name input when there is no input given

Expected Behavior

• Show the disclaimer text when the user makes the error of adding the group text inside the group name input
• Show the 'X' cross icon when the user has entered some input inside the group name input

Current Behavior

• Showing the disclaimer text before a user makes an error
• Showing the 'X' cross icon before the user has entered any input
