cdnjs and jsdelivr both have old versions, is someone working on it? If not happy to try and get them updated?

I enabled auto-updates at jsDelivr, all new versions will automatically appear here http://www.jsdelivr.com/#!rxjs-dom

cdnjs seems to have the auto-update config in place.
