Add a component that will be displayed when there is an empty set/result .

Inspiration :

Basic example

The component will be displayed in case there is an empty user sets or an empty favorite sets
We can also add an Add Set Button so they can start filling ones .

Motivation

This will inform the users that there is something but it is empty rather than not showing something at all.
