Change the ratio of singles and teams sessions per ranking.

Currently we play 18 single sessions and 10 teams sessions, and from a while ago, it's become at a sort of a need to lower the amount of teams' sessions because they always have less players joining on average, half of the players are fitted on random teams because either they're newcomers or they don't care to follow the special rules and the "team spirit" of these sessions.
My suggestion is to play 21 single sessions and 7 teams sessions per ranking (take it as 3 weeks of the former and a week of the latter). Another suggestion that can be adopted as well is 20 singles and 8 teams sessions.
