Reading the file at row 14 Column 179 (PROCESSING_MESSAGE1) a duplicate quote is not parsed correctly

The issue is that the underlying StreamReader does not return the second " but instead shows the next char t...
This is at text philosophers would ask, ""the good life,""

Maybe though the first " was swallowed, still it does not make sense.
