Issue reaching auth endpoint for production version of survey builder

It seems that on the production version of the survey builder, the deployment of new forms takes a very long time.

I have increased the timeout on NGINX conf, see here. And I have added logs to the authenticator.

The logs register when a request is made to the "/new", and "/new-draft" endpoints. There is nothing being registered when I try to deploy a new form from the survey builder. I was wondering whether you could take a look to see if anything is happening from the survey builder side?
