Add meta-data to the chart title bar #320

Add additional meta data to the title bar to include the "suite.adcirc.vertical_datum" run property and offset applied.

Should this additional metadata be put in the title bar if the vertical datum is the default MSL?

I also mentioned that i could possibly add the actual offset value. should i look into that as well?

i think this will be needed to be:

added to the catalog_member.member_def record/attribute in the DB.
added to the title bar on the dialog.
