it's not the default size, go into Settings > Application > Interface and reset the size to the default size.

It seems to be the default size, isn't it? Otherwise, width of the window could be adjusted. :)

To see if you are on the default size, try to move the slider and check that it is placed over the mark.
And if the default fontsize is too small for you, just adapt settings as you want... this feature is here for that.

I confirm that the slider is over the mark.
It seems that Sacha had the same issue. I test on another computer where regovar has never been tested to see if you have to change de default size.

Is there an easy way to remove anything QRegovar has changed on a system (files, registry…) to make sure a test behaves as if it was the first one on a machine?

The default size is smaller that the one on the OS or other applications, even on a computer where Regovar has never been installed before.
We should increase the size of the default font.
