colliding with qbx_properties

Summary

if someone owns a house in properties that same shell used in houserobbery

Reproduction

1. enter house done through qbx_properties using a similar shell in qbx_properties
2. look around and see the exit option referring to qbx_houserobbery

Expected behavior

shouldn't be ideally a thing

Actual behavior

Both options show up at the exit (just the ability to leave the shell)
