Comprehensive documentation of the config options

Would be nice to have a list of all the config options you can set in the config. Docs you find on the 'net for QuakeWorld don't really match up with mvdsv anymore that has evolved in the last 20 years.

I'm working on it. The plan is to autogenerate docs from source code to keep it up to date.

No. I need someone with knowledge to go through the list of variables in the MVDSV source code repo and add proper comments.

When that is done I can easily re-run the parse script and generate/publish a website from the result.
