Script which tests IG

Scripting needs to be done to send a steady flow of DICOM data to MIG.

• Migrate performance suite from https://github.com/RemakingEden/k6-with-rabbit-and-dicom to MONAI Deploy Repo (TBC)
• Create endpoints in the express app which does a StoreScu for CT, MRI, Xray and Ultrasound
• Create k6 scripts to hit each of the above endpoints - test scripts for each endpoint. Please see https://github.com/JoeBatt1989/k6_demo
• Create a scenario to use the above test scripts and run them in parallel. https://k6.io/docs/using-k6/scenarios/
• Add DICOMs into the repo under dicom folder - Gather Test Data #133
• Configure express application to point to MIG and place in a config file - TALK TO VICTOR AND MATT
• Test application
