Highlight required field

Hi everyone!

I have noticed that required inputs aren't specified to the user. Currently, the preferred behavior is the one that indicates optional inputs. I think is better to highlight the required field to avoid user confusion.

So I recommend highlighting the required field with a red asterisk and displaying nothing when the input is optional.

For example:

Maybe a change of red * to (required) would be better or at least explanation about it because it's not obvious for everyone.

Do you think this is really necessary? It's a common model to have a red asterisk for the required field today. I'm afraid that the interface will become too cumbersome if we add the word "required" to all the fields.

That's one of the options I mentioned. Other one is about explaining what this red asterisk actually means. It's obvious for us but not necessarily for every shop user so there needs to be an explanation on top of the form, eg. * value required. I don't see anything like that in the form.

We can add (optional) after the non-required fields. Customers are dumb, the more understandable it is for average Joe, the better.

Okay, I see. Yes, an explanation on top of the form seems like a good idea @SharakPL. With that, we are sure to be more accessible and it's discrete so it's okay for me 👍
