This issue is the collection of work done to make the plugin use the new build and delivery pipeline on our new Jenkins.

We need to script jobs and add our seed job to the genesis job on our jenkins as code instance.

I'm making this a briefing @MadsNielsen @mortench3000 and we can close it when we have closed all the linked issues.
