Establish demo projects and testing scenarios

This is a follow up on old issue https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-29185 and a card from our old roadmap in Trello: https://trello.com/c/mpFBz0XR/22-jenkins-29185-demo-project-production-like-environment-for-development-and-functional-testing

It is about getting some coding example project to use for memory map output file generation, that we can use for testing.
So some real life scenarios, either using real code and builds, or a series of synthesized memory map output file replaying a real life example, where we don't have access to the underlying compiler/linker or source code.
