Expected Results

The browser loads the element

Actual Results

The browser cannot load the element and throws this error: Uncaught TypeError: Failed to resolve module specifier "@webcomponents/shadycss/entrypoints/apply-shim.js". Relative references must start with either "/", "./", or "../"..
