svp Set Totals Not Up-To-Date on API #461

When getting card info for svp1 through svp18, the 'printedTotal' and 'total' attributes both return 14,

However, when getting card info for svp19 through svp29, the 'printedTotal' and 'total' attributes both return 29, correctly.
