Plugin does not work properly under Remote-SSH env

Describe the bug

If this plug-in is set to run on the server side, the plug-in cannot read the clipboard or local files correctly when using Remote-SSH and Remote-WSL.

To Reproduce

Open a remote VSCode window and try to upload the local clipboard and local images using the plugin.

Expected behavior

Works on the client side and is able to handle images on the local machine normally.
