Add option to import and export complete calibrations from a json file #1064

Serde of the calibrations is already done, just need to add requests in photon-server and the option in the UI

I think it could make sense to either put these buttons in the unique resolution column of the cameras page, or in my Calvis PR's new pop out dialog
