Describe the bug
When connecting two USB Arducam OV9281 UC-844 cameras to a single Raspberry PI one of the cameras does not show a stream while still reporting information such as pitch and yaw of a target while the other camera has 0 fps while also showing no camera stream and no other information.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Fresh install of any PhotonVision since 2024 beta 2 (couldn't get beta 1 to boot because of a bug)
  2. Connect ethernet, two USB Arducam OV9281 UC-844 with different serial numbers and different device names assigned through software from Arducam.
  3. Load web UI and view the two cameras one does not work while the other does.

For tracking, does this also not work with 2023.4.2?
