Add Pterodactyl Compatibility

Add a Pterodactyl API Interaction, when user want start a match, API put Power on to server, when server is running, he start match.

When match is full finish, API send a Power OFF

I'm not entirely sure on this, since I was actually planning on just getting a docker implementation going instead (#186). I would prefer to do something that integrates directly with servers rather than another server management application for now, personally. However, PRs will be welcome if someone wants to give a stab at this.
