Problems with data source causes playback problems

Overview

My nextcloud data source seems to be buggy why the stream is unstable. This instability causes audio to be unstable.

I propose to introduce a simple cache for remote sources to mitigate instabilities in data stream.

The project seems to be dead so you are unlikely to see the bugs fixed. The only thing the bot does is keep the code somewhat fresh.
