<p>
为了更好地完成实验教学任务和提高实验教学质量,加强实验教学的管理工作,现对实验指导教师提出如下规定：
1.认真备课和撰写实验教案，提前通知实验室管理人员做好相关准备工作，在指导实验前必须首先进行预备实验；通过预备实验了解和熟悉实验所需仪器、试剂、实验原理、步骤、实验结果的数据与图表、检查仪器的状况，熟悉仪器性能和使用方法，以及一般的维修方法，以保证实验正常进行。对新上课的教师如果不按规定做预备实验，按学校的规定管理人员有权拒绝其进入实验室指导实验，所引起的后果有其本人负责。
2.应在上课前5分钟到岗，实验教学时间内不应离开实验指导岗位。
3.严格要求、认真指导和讲解实验原理、内容、仪器操作方法及注意事项。准确回答学生提出的问题、及时进行有针对性个别指导，纠正不正确的操作习惯，督促学生合理安排实验进度和及时处理实验故障。
4.认真检查学生实验记录情况，签字后方可让学生离开实验室。
5.在指导实验知识与技能的同时，注意帮助学生树立认真严谨、实事求是、爱护仪器设备、节约试剂等良好实验作风，对弄虚作假、马虎、浪费现象应给与批评教育；对于责任原因引起仪器设备损坏者，要责令检讨并按规定赔偿。
6.负责实验过程中的实验室安全、卫生工作，检查实验结束工作与值日情况。
7.及时认真地批阅学生实验报告并发还学生，批阅时给出必要、正确的评语，纠正实验与实验报告中的错误，积极与学生讨论突出的、具有代表性的问题，对于不合格的实验报告，应督促学生重写，根据学生实验情况综合评定实验成绩。
8.承担各种常见教学实验仪器设备的验收、调试、鉴定等技术工作，协助实验室技术人员管理与使用仪器，保证仪器设备处于正常工作状态。
9.每学期教学结束后，应对实验教学工作进行总结、分析并提交书面总结材料，交实验中心归入实验室教学工作档案。
