Windows 11 Bluetooth connection and ipv6

Good afternoon.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this and have been unable to find anywhere else to discuss these sort of questions.
Please point me in the right direction if this is not the right place.

My issue is when connecting from Microsoft Surface Pro 9 to a raspberry pi zero W 2 via Bluetooth.
I am able to connect to the Pi and everything seems to be correct but when I use Putty or Tera Term to attempt a connection to my switch i get "Unable to connect to com6"
I have been able to connect to the same Pi from other Windows 11 devices without issue.

Also when disabling ipv6 from the initial setup it doesn’t get disabled then when trying to disable ipv6 any other way doesn’t work and I can’t get it disabled.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
