Zoom down to nucleotide-level ?

I played around with your demo, which I think it is a great tool, taking mauve to the next-level.

I was wondering if the tool also supports from the whole genome view down to the nucleotide level?

Unfortunately, the nucleotide level isn't supported. That is something I would be interested in adding (assuming I can find the time). It would probably be best implemented in html5 canvas. It would also be nice if the sequences were loaded on demand and/or in the background.
