Reorient LCBs relative to double-click like desktop mauve viewer

Hi, Great tool! But I cannot get the LCBs to reorder relative to a single sequence via double click as in desktop viewer. Cursor behavior seems to suggest that this is possible., so perhaps I'm missing something . . . Thanks.

Hi, @jnvaughn. Nah, you aren't missing anything. That's a feature I wasn't able to fully implement in the timeframe of the project. It's definitely possible in theory. PRs are welcome too.

I'd really like to revisit this tool some day and add some new features, but I'm not sure when that will be right now.
