This feature propose to setup a "zoom" with a scale (i.e. 0.0001% -> 1000%) for the edition canvas.
This is a classic feature, but necessary for the graphic conception domain.

Need to be discuss before propose something, however we can do some tests to evaluate if it is possible to apply a scale in the edition canvas and what is the consequences on the Pyramid UI.
