See Quarkus Tools issue reported here: redhat-developer/intellij-quarkus#1395. This is reproducible with Liberty Tools as well. Opening this issue for tracking purposes.

It is expected that upgrading to LSP4IJ 0.7.0 and LSP4MP 0.13.0 will resolve the problem.
