Please add a note about Liberty Public APIs that are currently not implemented

In the Liberty's Public API list,

The following 2 APIs are not implemented yet:

• getInboundTrustedRealm
• isRealmInboundTrusted

A user would need to spend some time and may even need to open a support ticket unless they look at the code below.

Please add a note that let the reader know that these APIs are not implemented yet.
Similar situation like getRootLoginException() on the same page that is also not implemented.
