After I restarted my Windows Server Apache Webserver does not start anymore.

Environment: Windows Server
Apache Version: Apache 2.4.47

I get the following error:

I have no idea what kind of license is meant. I just use it as reverse proxy and mod_auth_openidc module for authentication.

the license comes with a commercial support subscription, presumably your company has one and hopefully has renewed the license in the mean time: ask the person that you got the license from orginally

Does https://hub.docker.com/_/httpd also need a license (if I copy mod_auth_openidc into a container)?

I'm not aware of any license for httpd; you can reach out to [email protected] with details about your current license file to be connected to the right person in your organization

Sorry, my last question was worded a bit succinctly and therefore misleading.

I meant when I copy the mod_auth_openidc module into a Docker container. Do I have to purchase a license for this too?

the Windows build is licensed but various Linux based builds are freely downloadable from https://github.com/OpenIDC/mod_auth_openidc/releases/, including the Debian one(s) that you'd need for the Docker httpd image.
