Maybe the chat service can store all chat histories/mesages in eg big query. This would ensure all incoming requests, from all platforms, are tracked

This would be an incredible resource for training and learning

There is a big privacy question here. Requests would need to explicitly opt in to be saved. An app like Lightning would handle that on the user side.
