Build functional OpenFn demos

For client meetings, we want to have a number of functional demos that demonstrate how OpenFn works. These demos should feature frequently requested/used adaptors: DHIS2, Kobotoolbox, CommCare, HTTP, OpenMRS, and SalesForce.

We have identified some use cases below:

• CommCare to the DHIS2
• Kobotoolbox to Asana/YouTrack (HTTP)
• OpenLIMS to DHIS2 with email notification
• OpenMRS to DHIS2
• Kobotoolbox to Database (with some data transformation)

We would also like to use the code from these demos to populate the examples section of the adaptor documentation.
