CUDA cannot initialize

What is the problem?

The features extraction doesn't use GPU.

What should be the expected behavior?

The GPU used for features extraction and matching

How can we reproduce this? (What steps did you do to trigger the problem? Be detailed)

Every element is detailed on the forum here for my case (no solution found) and here for another user (No answer at all). I'm really sorry to reopen an issue here, but I try the foum and every documentation I can find.
I try to debug myself by reinstalling cuda in python, no luck. Is it possible to help me to debug by giving me the function checking for CUDA initialization and features extraction by GPU? (didn't find in the documentation)
Maybe I miss an info somewhere?
