Use case

At present, there is no way to clean up notifications at the platform level. Notifications are stored permanently.
Being able to create a retention policy on notifications.

Current Workaround

N/A

Proposed Solution

Add a new scope "notification" when creating a retention policies and implement the logic as for files and workbenches.
