Question - Feed CSV (IP Blacklist)

Hello I have a question about data sharing, including using CSV for IP addresses. Since a firewall has a limit of 131072 IP addresses per feed, how can we ensure that multiple feeds do not contain overlaps?
Or how can we reduce the overlaps.
We could technically create distinctions of each feed on different subnets, but this solution is not optimal.
