Treating warnings as errors causes the build to fail with Visual C++ 2022 #366

Visual C++ gives deprecation warnings related to the fmt library which cause the build to fail on Visual C++ 2022. Commenting out the /WX switch at https://github.com/OpenBluetoothToolbox/SimpleBLE/blob/main/simpleble/CMakeLists.txt#L253 solves it.
