Discussed many times before, perhaps not captured in the roadmap, also leveraging third party research in this area.

This task includes the service itself but also all the "building blocks APIs" that are implied by the textbox functionality and can be offered to our clients independently of it (e.g. the API returning all building blocks, e.g. the streets, starting with a given string or matching a given regular expression).

@peterkwells please develop this from a product perspective, also to prepare the work of the UI/UX/front-end developer. The Tech Team and I will translate it into the techie perspective of the same, e.g. the implied building blocks APIs at #78 .
