OS have released OS Open Map: http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/business-and-government/products/os-open-map-local.html

This feature is to assess/implement capabilities for OS Open Map on the front-end.

It will wait until after the, in progress at time of writing, website rebuild.

OS have confirmed that we would not experience any licensing issues by using OS Open Map Local.
