Not able to pull docker image openapitools/openapi-generator-online:v6.5.0 or any other image from the same repository

openapitools/openapi-generator-online:v6.5.0 or any other version

OpenAPI declaration file content or url

docker pull not working :
docker pull openapitools/openapi-generator-online:v6.5.0

Generation Details

Getting below error while trying to pull the image:

Steps to reproduce

pull the image using below command :
docker pull openapitools/openapi-generator-online:v6.5.0
Getting the error :
##[error]ERROR: (RegistryErrorResponse) An error response is received from the docker registry 'index.docker.io'. Please retry later.

Suggest a fix

Looks like some issue related to permission at repository level or some throttling issue
