Setup the initial project so the base code will work and that you'll build from. Please make sure the following are implemented:

Have a secret_settings_example.js and secret_settings.js files and make sure you update the .gitignore file to not include the secret_settings.js file.
Don't forget to document this as specified in Setup & Operations Manual Documentation #1
