Describe the bug
I created a Basic AI Chatbot using Teams Toolkit and I try to run it for the first time. I'm getting the following error in the image, and I don't have any keys in env. I'm getting this error in Mac when I try to debug the app locally. Same error both in release and pre-release versions of TTK.
