What does the Writing Assistant sample do?

I'm on Word for Windows. The Step 2 button doesn't seem to do anything. The Step 3 button just replaces selected text with a default line, but the button is phrased like it's going to rewrite the content using an LLM or another helpful tool.

Also, there is a lot of commented-out code in the sample. We should remove that so it's clear what code customers should be looking at.
