A member of the Building Controls team let us know that the Learning Innovation Center meter group is incorrect. It's adding all of the building's meters together, but some of these meters include other meters downstream from them. The MDS meter (ID 105) should be the default meter for LINC, but the data is off by a factor of 10 which needs to be fixed.

See #342 for the temporary front-end fix, but this should be fixed by changing the database data and altering the meter data as it comes in.
