Redundancy between ftr:indicator and dqv:inDimension #20

At current version of FTR model Test uses ftr:indicator and Metric/Benchmark use dqv:inDimension for the definition of dimension. I believe we should unify the terminology.

+1, will have to see what is the best way of doing this.
Also we need to update the spec urgently to be the same as the diagrams
