Double number assignment of Internal Reference after second saving #1608

module: product_sequence
version: 17.0

Steps to reproduce

Let the system create an internal reference.
Add the same number on another product.
Save

Current behavior

System warns you, that the number already exists.
Save again - the reference is saved and therefore not unique anymore.

Expected behavior

Reference must be unique. System should not let you save.
