Important enhancements

Can be delayed

  • table wrangling so it can be used directly in analysis form (but first need to know exacly what will go into the report stage)

Wish List

  • Connecting / adding similarity analysis results to database

-[] add column group fro comparisons group of pairs of isolates ? - would be nice at the end to be able to compare all isolates believed to belong to a single epidemiological group (could do that with input reading or directly into DPI)
