Description

Right now when a change request is reviewed a message is sent in the thread of the original notification message for that change request saying that it's been approved. This ticket is to add the review message to that slack message

Acceptance Criteria

• The slack ping for a change request review now includes the review message on the change request

Proposed Solution

Alter the message being sent to the slack API when a change request is reviewed to include the review message. Ask about slack testing in slack if you haven't done it before
