[MQTT Screen] - Mobile View

Description

Add a mobile view for the mqtt screen. I'm thinking we make a way to switch between the current graph mobile screen and an MQTT mobile screen where you can scroll through all the live values. Trying to do both in a mobile view is probably gonna look jank, so I'm thinking we do one or the other (the idea being ppl could use their phones to track a particular value or go graph a value if they don't have a laptop, but phones shouldn't be the main base station)
