Subject: [PATCH] updated keyClim branch to run on Betzy (automatic
 case-directory archiving, and automatic resubmission).  Modified
 Externals.cfg and Externals_keyClim-withoutanthraer.cfg (refer to more recent
 CIME tag ...Nor_v1.0.5 instead of ...Nor_v1.0.3.  Settings for betzy
 added/updated in cime_config/config_pes.xml.
