We recently started using a new proxy solution where to communicate to AWS Cli we need the AWS_CA_BUNDLE environment variable setup, but with the following setup leapp stopped working.

Details:

Leapp Version 0.22.2
SsmPluginVersion 1.2.536.0
Platform win32
Awscli aws-cli/2.13.26 Python/3.11.6 Windows/10 exe/AMD64 prompt/off

Hello @jacobneroth , I can't understand what issue is going on. I suppose it is linked to #397 , please check and let me know.
