yaml.load() is deprecatited #2

the Command import_sde need to update.
yaml.load will show a warning and not import correctly.

I just modify my import_sde.py with https://github.com/yaml/pyyaml/wiki/PyYAML-yaml.load(input)-Deprecation.
Its working fine now.
